Movimiento abriendo oportunidades

For this project I created the branding and the illustration for the book covers.

Movimiento abriendo oportunidades provides vulnerable Mayan girls in Belize, Guatemala and Mexico with skills and support to improve their lives.

The color palette arises from the interaction with the young mentors and their direct surroundings. Through the co-creation workshop, we have defined a color palette with which they self-referenced through introspection and analysis exercises of their communities.

It is important to mention that colors are part of the mentors' lives, we see them reflected through the landscapes around them, the colors of the threads in their clothes, and the varied and diverse forms of representations in their nearby societies.
